Logo design for a family operated shellfish farm located in Hood Canal, WA.
Inspired by Japanese hanko design and the Babare family’s rich history in ship building, I designed a modern take on their old octopus logo.
Babare Bros’ signature oyster, "The Arro Oyster", is named after a boat Drew Babare’s great grandfather built nearly a century ago. In order to commemorate their rich family history, I designed a logotype for the Arro Oyster based off of the signage on the old boat.
